"dangerous goods" means dangerous goods whether in packaged form, containerized or carried in bulk, and includes the goods classified by the Authority into groups as specified in the First Schedule of the Johor Port Authority By-Laws 1979 [P.U. (A) 50/1979] and in conformity with the relevant IMO codes and the IMDG Code as may be amended from time to time and as adopted by the Authority;
